# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
03 - Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
04 - Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
05 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
06 - Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, tucking the ends in as you go.
07 - Place the stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden brown finish.
08 - Cut a few small slits on the top to allow steam to escape.
09 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
