Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups (Print Version)

Stuffed with mozzarella and pepperoni, these golden roll ups make a savory, crowd-pleasing snack.

01 - 225 grams refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
02 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 60 grams sliced pepperoni
04 - 120 milliliters pizza sauce, for serving
05 - Optional: Italian seasoning or garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 190°C, or as indicated on the dough packaging, and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - For pizza dough, place on a lightly floured surface and roll into a rectangular shape. For crescent roll dough, separate into pre-cut triangles.
03 - Distribute mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Arrange pepperoni slices atop the cheese, and optionally sprinkle with Italian seasoning or garlic powder.
04 - Roll pizza dough tightly from one edge into a log; for crescent dough, roll each triangle from wide to narrow end, sealing the sides.
05 - Slice the pizza dough log into 2.5 cm pieces and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place crescent roll-ups directly onto the prepared sheet.
06 - Transfer to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
