02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
04 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Shrimp

07 - 225 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Grilled Cheese Assembly

13 - 8 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss recommended)
14 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - Butter for grilling

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened butter with minced garlic, dried parsley, dried basil, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to form a flavoured spread.
02 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the French bread. Arrange bread halves on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges turn golden and crisp. Remove from oven and set aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pat shrimp dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp to the hot skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Transfer cooked shrimp to a plate.
04 - Place one half of the baked garlic bread, buttered side down, onto a clean skillet over medium heat. Cover with cheese slices, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and arrange cooked shrimp evenly on top. Close with the other half of bread, buttered side facing up.
05 - Lightly butter the top of the assembled sandwich. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses are fully melted.
06 - Remove from skillet, slice the sandwich in half, and serve immediately while hot for best flavour and texture.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, use both sliced and shredded cheese to maximize melt and creaminess. Ensure shrimp are thoroughly dried before seasoning for improved browning.
