Using a rolling pin, gently press each bread slice until uniformly thin. This helps seal and crisp the rollups.

Distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly along the lower third of each bread slice. Roll tightly from the cheese side upward to create a log. Seal the edge with a small amount of melted butter if necessary.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt thoroughly to blend flavors.

Place rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush each with garlic butter mixture.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. For air fryer preparation, cook at 180°C (360°F) for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through.
