Delicious Cheesy Garlic Bombs (Print version)

Soft biscuit dough wrapped around gooey mozzarella and brushed with garlic butter. A 20-minute appetizer that vanishes fast.

# Ingredients:

For the bombs

01 - 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated large biscuits, 8 count
02 - 8 oz (225 g) mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes

For the garlic butter

03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - Pinch of salt

For topping

06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Open the tube and separate into 8 biscuits. Flatten each one slightly with your fingers. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then wrap the dough around it and pinch the seam shut.
03 - Set each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
04 - Stir the minced garlic and a pinch of salt into the melted butter. Brush half of this mixture over the tops. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
05 - As soon as they leave the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over the top while they are still hot. Let them cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served warm within 10 minutes of baking while the cheese is still molten.
02 - Use a light-colored baking sheet to prevent over-browning on the bottoms.
