Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the tube and separate into 8 biscuits. Flatten each one slightly with your fingers. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center, then wrap the dough around it and pinch the seam shut.

Set each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Stir the minced garlic and a pinch of salt into the melted butter. Brush half of this mixture over the tops. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.

As soon as they leave the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over the top while they are still hot. Let them cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm.
