10 - 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth

11 - 2 cups (200 g) shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C (350°F) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic, stirring frequently. Drain off excess fat once the beef is fully cooked.
03 - Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and sauté for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to soften.
04 - Stir in the diced tomatoes with juice, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes to blend flavors.
05 - Transfer mixture evenly into a greased 33 x 23 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish. Pour beef broth over the surface.
06 - Distribute shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole in an even layer.
07 - Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for 10–15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - Let the casserole rest for 5–10 minutes after baking to allow for easier slicing and serving.
