Top each with more sauce if you want. Add onions, olives, and a scoop of sour cream to finish.

Put the dish uncovered in your oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. You want it all hot and the cheese gooey and melted.

Drizzle red enchilada sauce over the burritos. Scatter Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese over everything.

Spread the beef and bean mix down the center of each tortilla. Roll them up like burritos and nestle seam-side down in your baking dish.

Mix in the taco seasoning and water with your cooked beef. Let that bubble on low for a couple minutes, then stir in the beans until it's all heated up.

Crumble the ground beef in a skillet on medium. Cook until it's no longer pink, then pour off the extra grease.

Flip your oven on to 190°C so it's good and hot when you're ready.
