Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 900 grams ground beef
02 - 800 grams shoestring French fries
03 - 300 grams cream of mushroom soup
04 - 300 grams cheddar cheese soup
05 - 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
06 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
07 - 60 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

12 - 120 grams mayonnaise
13 - 60 grams ketchup
14 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
15 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice
16 - 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions
17 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer and cook the shoestring French fries according to package directions; set aside.
02 - Set the oven to 175°C (350°F) to preheat for baking.
03 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain off any excess fat.
04 - Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup, mixing thoroughly to create a cohesive filling.
05 - Transfer the beef and soup mixture into a 28x18 cm (7x11 inch) casserole dish. Layer the cooked French fries evenly over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper until smooth. Serve sauce alongside the casserole.

01 - For extra flavor, add chopped pickles atop the finished casserole or stir diced pickles into the burger sauce.
