01 -
Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl until homogenous. Refrigerate until needed.
02 -
Bake or air fry crinkle-cut fries as directed on the packaging until golden and crisp. Set aside.
03 -
Form ground beef into four thin, evenly sized patties if not using pre-shaped ones.
04 -
Melt butter on a preheated griddle over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions and stir frequently until deeply caramelised and fragrant.
05 -
Place beef patties onto the griddle. Press each flat, then brush the tops with yellow mustard and season generously. Allow a crisp crust to develop, then flip and continue cooking until fully cooked through. Chop patties into bite-sized pieces.
06 -
Lay out a tortilla. Spread a generous layer of sauce over the surface. Arrange fries, one slice of American cheese, chopped burger pieces, caramelised onions, an additional cheese slice, and a drizzle of sauce in the centre. Roll tightly into a burrito.
07 -
Place each burrito seam-side down on the hot griddle. Cook on both sides until the exterior is deeply golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
