01 -
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan to ensure your biscuit loaf doesn't stick.
02 -
In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cold water, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until a soft dough forms. This will be the base of your loaf.
03 -
Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
04 -
While the loaf is baking, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl. As soon as you remove the loaf from the oven, brush this garlic-parsley butter over the top to infuse it with flavor.
05 -
Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. This makes it easier to slice without crumbling.
