# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 60 g dried breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
06 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 8 slices streaky bacon
10 - 60 ml BBQ sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to preheat fully.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly incorporated.
03 - Portion the meat mixture and encase cubes or shreds of cheddar cheese, forming evenly sized meatballs with a cheese center.
04 - Wrap each cheese-stuffed meatball completely with a strip of bacon, ensuring the seam faces downward.
05 - Arrange bacon-wrapped bites on a lined baking tray. Brush each with BBQ sauce. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and interior is cooked through.
