Cheddar Bay Ground Beef Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds lean ground beef.
02 - 1 yellow onion, diced.
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic.
04 - 10.5 ounces cheddar soup.
05 - 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1/2 cup milk.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
09 - 2 cups cheddar cheese.
10 - 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix.
11 - 1 cup cheddar cheese.
12 - 2 cups milk.
13 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
14 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with onions in skillet.
02 - Add soups, milk, seasonings and 1 cup cheese to beef. Pour into 9x13 dish. Top with remaining cheese.
03 - Mix biscuit mix with cheese and milk. Pour over beef mixture.
04 - Bake 50-55 minutes until biscuit top is browned. Brush with seasoned butter mixture.
05 - Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
