Caramel Rice Krispie Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
02 - 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits or unwrapped caramel candies
03 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
04 - 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
05 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers
06 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Melt caramel bits and heavy cream in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
02 - Remove from heat, add marshmallows and stir until fully coated.
03 - Pour caramel-marshmallow mixture over Rice Krispies in large bowl. Fold gently until evenly combined.
04 - Let mixture cool slightly. With greased hands, roll into 1-inch balls and place on wax or parchment paper.
05 - Roll balls in crushed graham crackers and optional chocolate chips. Let cool completely before serving.
