# Ingredients:

→ Apple Layer

01 - 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
02 - 30 grams unsalted butter
03 - 28 grams brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
06 - 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Cheesecake Filling

07 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
08 - 240 millilitres heavy whipping cream
09 - 60 grams powdered sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Base Layer

11 - 150 grams graham cracker crumbs or crushed cookies
12 - 56 grams melted butter
13 - 12 grams granulated sugar

→ Garnish

14 - 120 millilitres caramel sauce
15 - Whipped cream, additional graham crumbs, apple slices, or assorted candies

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté diced apples with unsalted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until tender but not mushy. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
02 - In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
03 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles damp sand and holds shape when pressed.
04 - Evenly distribute a layer of graham base into serving cups. Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the crumbs, followed by a layer of cooled apples and a drizzle of caramel sauce. For larger cups, repeat layering sequence. Finish with apples and a final caramel drizzle.
05 - Top each cup with whipped cream, extra graham crumbs, apple slices, or candies as desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, ensure apples are fully cooled before layering to prevent melting the filling.
