10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For Serving

11 - 4 hamburger buns
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
13 - Optional: sliced pickles
14 - Optional: shredded cheese
15 - Optional: coleslaw

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
02 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
03 - Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
04 - Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
05 - Toast hamburger buns in a separate skillet or toaster until golden brown.
06 - Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns. Add optional toppings if desired, then place the top halves of the buns on top. Serve hot and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Use sturdy buns like kaiser rolls to prevent sogginess.
02 - Adjust the heat by varying the amount of cayenne pepper in the Cajun seasoning.
