Combine paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and salt in a small bowl. Mix until evenly blended.

Arrange the thinly sliced bell peppers evenly across the bottom of the casserole dish.

Place the chicken breasts on top of the bell peppers. Generously sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the chicken breasts, using as much as desired.

Spread the minced garlic evenly over the chicken. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of cream cheese, followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake the chicken uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until fully cooked. Check for an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Broil the chicken for 2 minutes for a golden and melted topping, if desired.

Scoop the bell peppers from underneath the chicken and arrange them around and on top of the baked chicken breasts.
