# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups heavy cream
02 - 1 cup whole milk
03 - 3/4 cup sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup roasted pecans
06 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
