Dice the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Pour in 1/4 cup of the wing sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.

Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a long rectangular shape. Spread the ranch or blue cheese dressing and the remaining 1/4 cup of wing sauce evenly over the dough.

Evenly distribute the cooled chicken over the dough, followed by the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. If desired, drizzle additional wing sauce over the cheese for extra spice.

Roll the dough tightly into a pinwheel. Tuck the ends to seal and prevent filling from leaking during baking.

Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place the rolled dough on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
