In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with half of the buffalo wing sauce. Adjust the quantity according to desired spice level. Stir in ranch dressing and the remaining buffalo wing sauce until the chicken is thoroughly coated.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough to a large rectangle, approximately 30 by 40 centimeters.

Spread the buffalo ranch chicken mixture evenly over the dough. Distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the top.

Beginning at one long edge, roll the dough firmly into a log. Pinch and seal both ends to contain the filling. Arrange seam-side down on a greased or non-stick baking tray.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Slice evenly and serve hot. Accompany with pizza sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing for dipping as preferred.
