Bruschetta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 Roma tomatoes.
02 - 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves.
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
05 - 1-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar.
06 - 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled.
07 - 4 oz cream cheese.
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
09 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
10 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Core and dice Roma tomatoes into small cubes.
02 - Mix tomatoes with basil, garlic, oil, vinegar and salt. Marinate 10 minutes.
03 - Process all cheese ingredients 3-4 minutes until smooth.
04 - Spread cheese mixture in serving dish, top with tomato mix.
05 - Top with pepper flakes, Parmesan and basil.
