Bourbon Pecan Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1 tablespoon bourbon.
04 - 1/4 cup roasted chopped pecans.
05 - 8 ounces round of brie.
06 - 1.9 ounces package frozen mini phyllo shells (15 shells).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and pecans in a small bowl.
03 - Remove brie rind and cut into 1/4-inch cubes.
04 - Place one brie cube in each phyllo shell.
05 - Top each with 1/2 teaspoon bourbon pecan mixture.
06 - Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes until brie melts.
07 - Serve warm or at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - Make double batch - they go fast.
02 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
03 - Phyllo and filo shells are the same.
04 - Various toppings can be substituted.
