Blueberry Brie Thyme Flatbread (Print Version)

Crisp flatbread topped with Brie, blueberries, thyme, and honey delivers an elegant touch to any gathering.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 store-bought flatbread or pizza crust

→ Cheese

02 - 100 g Brie cheese, sliced

→ Produce

03 - 75 g fresh blueberries
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

→ Condiments

05 - 15 to 30 ml honey
06 - 15 ml olive oil

→ Seasonings

07 - Pinch of salt
08 - Pinch of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Place the flatbread or pizza crust onto a baking tray and brush evenly with olive oil.
03 - Distribute sliced Brie evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle fresh blueberries, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper across the surface.
04 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are golden.
05 - Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey. Slice while warm and serve promptly.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, substitute Brie with goat cheese or feta, and agave syrup can be used in place of honey.
