Rub the softened butter over one side of every bread slice. Get all the way to the edges.

Stack the Brie and blueberry jam on the plain side of a bread slice. Place the second slice on top butter-out.

Warm up your non-stick skillet using medium heat. Toss in the sandwich. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until you see a golden color and gooey Brie.

Lift out the sandwich, slice it in two, and enjoy right away while it’s hot.
