Blue Christmas Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
03 - 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao.
04 - 1/2 cup sanding sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt chocolate and cream in intervals.
02 - Stir in Blue Curacao until mixed.
03 - Chill 2 hours until firm.
04 - Roll into balls.
05 - Coat in sanding sugar.
06 - Chill 1 hour to set.
07 - Keep refrigerated.
