Blackberry Chip Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Old-fashioned rolled oats (1 cup).
02 - Milk of choice (1 cup plus more for serving).
03 - Chia seeds (1 tablespoon).
04 - Hemp hearts (1 tablespoon).
05 - Honey or maple syrup (2 teaspoons).
06 - Vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon).
08 - Mini chocolate chips (1/4 cup plus more for topping).
09 - Fresh or frozen blackberries (2 cups).
10 - Honey for sauce (1 tablespoon).
11 - Fresh lemon juice (1 teaspoon).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine oats, milk, chia, hemp hearts, sweetener, vanilla, salt and chips.
02 - Cover and refrigerate mixture at least 4 hours or overnight.
03 - Cook berries, honey and lemon juice until saucy, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
04 - Layer blackberry sauce and oat mixture in bowl, top with extra chips if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any type of milk.
02 - Sauce keeps well for several days.
03 - Great for meal prep.
