# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons butter.
02 - 1 small onion, chopped.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1/3 cup flour.
05 - 2 cups chicken broth.
06 - 1 1/2 cups milk.
07 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
08 - 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper, thyme.
10 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
11 - 1 tablespoon baking powder.
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
14 - 1/2 cup melted butter.
15 - 1 cup milk.
16 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
17 - 3 tablespoons melted butter for topping.
18 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for topping.
19 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Make filling by melting butter and cooking onions and garlic until soft.
03 - Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes, then gradually add broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
04 - Add chicken, vegetables, and seasonings to filling mixture.
05 - Transfer filling to baking dish and bake 15 minutes before adding biscuits.
06 - Mix biscuit ingredients together: flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, butter, milk, and cheese.
07 - Drop biscuit dough by 1/4 cup portions onto hot filling.
08 - Return to oven for 15 minutes until biscuits are cooked through.
