Seasoned beef, special sauce, lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese rolled into warm tortillas for a fast Big Mac-style dinner.

# Ingredients:

For the burger sauce

01 - 1/2 cup (115 g) mayonnaise
02 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
03 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
05 - 1 teaspoon pickle juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Pinch of salt

For the beef

09 - 1 lb (450 g) ground beef, 85 to 90 percent lean
10 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
13 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
14 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For assembling

15 - 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch size
16 - 4 slices American cheese or 1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar
17 - 2 cups (120 g) shredded iceberg lettuce
18 - 1/2 cup (75 g) chopped dill pickles
19 - 1/4 cup (40 g) finely chopped white onion
20 - Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon oil, optional for toasting

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickle juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate while you cook the beef.
02 - Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into small crumbles, until no pink remains and the edges start to brown.
03 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, then drain excess grease if needed.
04 - Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds each so they fold without tearing.
05 - Spread sauce down the center of each tortilla. Top with beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onion, keeping the filling in a narrow strip.
06 - Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Toast seam-side down in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly golden, then slice and serve with extra sauce.

# Good to know:

01 - Best assembled just before eating so the lettuce stays crisp.
02 - Cook ground beef to 160°F for food safety.
03 - Sauce can be made up to 4 days ahead.
