Easy Fresh Green Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
02 - 1 medium banana, sliced, fresh or frozen

→ Greens & Seeds

03 - 1 large handful spinach leaves (or kale or micro greens)
04 - 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
05 - 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

→ Liquid

06 - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or regular milk or almond milk)

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a blender: pineapple, banana, coconut milk, flax seeds, spinach, and chia seeds. Blend on high for about 60 seconds until completely smooth.
02 - Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - This naturally sweet and nutritious green smoothie combines tropical fruits with leafy greens and healthy seeds.
02 - For meal prep, ingredients (except milk) can be portioned into freezer bags and frozen. When ready to make, just add contents of one bag plus milk to blender.
