Berry Peach Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - ¼ cup sugar
03 - ½ cup melted butter

→ Filling

04 - 24 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup sugar
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 3 large eggs
08 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Topping

09 - 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
10 - 2 ripe peaches, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
05 - Stir in sour cream.
06 - Pour batter over the crust. Arrange peach slices and berries on top.
07 - Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
