Beef Tortilla Folded Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 0.9 pounds ground beef.
02 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
09 - 4 flour tortillas.
10 - ½ cup shredded lettuce.
11 - ¾ cup cherry tomatoes.
12 - ⅓ cup ranch dressing.
13 - 1 small red onion.
14 - 4 tablespoons corn.
15 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix ground beef with all spices in bowl.
02 - Heat oil in skillet until hot. Brown seasoned beef until cooked through.
03 - Cut tortilla from center to bottom edge. Create quarters for filling.
04 - Bottom left: lettuce and tomato. Top left: ranch, onion, corn. Top right: cheese and beef. Bottom right: cheese.
05 - Fold clockwise from bottom left up, then over, then down to form triangle.
06 - Grill in clean pan or beef fat 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
