Smoky bacon and chicken mingle with barbecue sauce and melted cheese for irresistible flavor in every slice.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Base

01 - 1 pizza dough ball, homemade or store-bought
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Sauce and Cheese

03 - 120 ml smoky barbecue sauce (such as hickory or chipotle-style)
04 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 50 g shredded smoked gouda or cheddar

→ Toppings

06 - 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
07 - 60 g cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
08 - 30 g red onion, thinly sliced
09 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - Chopped fresh cilantro or scallions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 245°C (475°F) and position a pizza stone or heavy baking tray inside to heat thoroughly.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to the preferred thickness. Brush the outer rim with olive oil to encourage a golden crust.
03 - Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, ensuring a border is left around the edge. Scatter the mozzarella and smoked gouda or cheddar over the sauce.
04 - Distribute the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and thin slices of red onion evenly across the surface. Sprinkle smoked paprika for enhanced smoky depth.
05 - Transfer the assembled pizza onto the preheated stone or baking tray. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese melts and bubbles.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro or scallions as desired. Slice and serve promptly while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, use a pizza stone preheated in the oven for at least 30 minutes before baking.
