# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ pounds salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

→ Bang Bang Sauce

09 - ½ cup mayonnaise
10 - ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon honey
13 - 1 tablespoon lime juice

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together your mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set this aside for later.
02 - Toss those salmon pieces with olive oil and all your seasonings until they're evenly coated.
03 - Get your air fryer nice and hot by preheating it to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
04 - Lay your salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket - you might need to cook in batches. Cook for 8-10 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through.
05 - Place those crispy salmon bites on a platter, drizzle with your bang bang sauce, and serve up the extra sauce on the side for dipping.
