# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lb skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces.

08 - 1 cup mayonnaise.

10 - 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
02 - Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, spacing them evenly.
03 - To prepare the bang bang sauce, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth. Reserve half of the sauce for serving.
