# Ingredients:

01 - 96 grams instant banana pudding mix
02 - 1134 grams crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
03 - 226 grams whipped topping, thawed

→ Fruit and Add-ins

04 - 3 large ripe bananas, sliced
05 - 454 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
06 - 4 cups mini marshmallows
07 - 284 grams maraschino cherries, drained well, divided

→ Optional Toppings

08 - 85 grams semisweet chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
09 - 64 grams chopped peanuts or walnuts, plus extra for topping
10 - Whipped cream, for garnish
11 - Sprinkles, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and all juice from the crushed pineapple until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.
02 - Fold the thawed whipped topping gently into the pudding-pineapple base until fully blended.
03 - Add sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, two-thirds of the drained maraschino cherries, semisweet chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Fold gently until all components are evenly coated.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
05 - Before serving, top with the reserved maraschino cherries, extra chocolate chips and nuts, dollops of whipped cream, and sprinkles as desired.
