01 -
Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Let it get nice and foamy for about 5 minutes - this means your yeast is happy and active!
02 -
Stir in your melted butter, eggs, salt, and that mashed banana until well combined. Now gradually mix in the flour until you've got a soft dough ready for kneading.
03 -
Knead that dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Pop it in a greased bowl, cover it up, and let it rise somewhere warm for an hour until it's doubled in size.
04 -
While waiting, mix your softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon until you've got a nice spreadable filling.
05 -
Roll out your dough into a big 20x14-inch rectangle. Spread on that cinnamon-sugar filling and sprinkle with nuts if you're using them. Roll it up from the long side and cut into 12 even pieces.
06 -
Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover them up for another 30-minute rise. Meanwhile, heat your oven to 350°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
07 -
Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread this goodness over your warm rolls and watch it melt into all the nooks and crannies!
