01 - 3 medium zucchini, sliced
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese and Topping

06 - 120 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 100 grams breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or use non-stick spray.
02 - Place the sliced zucchini in a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the zucchini evenly.
03 - Spread the seasoned zucchini slices evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini. Top with breadcrumbs to form a crispy layer.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the topping is golden brown.
06 - Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
