# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large cucumbers or 3-4 small cucumbers
02 - Seasoning of choice
03 - 1 teaspoon (for options below)
04 - Salt to taste (for all options)

→ Option 1: Smokey Cucumber Chips

05 - 1 teaspoon smoked seasoning
06 - Salt to taste

→ Option 2: Onion and Garlic

07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt to taste

→ Option 3: Salt and Vinegar

10 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
11 - Salt to taste

→ Option 4: Lemon and Pepper

12 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
13 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Slice cucumbers thinly, approximately 1/8 inch in thickness.
02 - Pat cucumbers dry and place them in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with your seasoning of choice.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the cucumbers flat and separated on the sheet.
04 - Bake at 170°F (77°C) for 3-4 hours, depending on the size of the cucumbers.
05 - Remove cucumbers once they are dried and crispy. Serve as a healthy snack.
