Combine hot drained spaghetti with cream cheese and minced garlic in a large bowl. Mix until the cream cheese is completely melted and pasta is evenly coated.

Lightly oil a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce over the bottom. Arrange the coated spaghetti over the sauce. Top with the remaining meat sauce.

Evenly sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden.
