Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 340 g dried spaghetti

→ Meat and Sauce

02 - 454 g lean ground beef
03 - 737 ml prepared tomato-based spaghetti sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
05 - 1 clove garlic, finely minced

→ Dairy

06 - 225 g cream cheese, at room temperature
07 - 50 g parmesan cheese, finely grated

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned throughout. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in the prepared spaghetti sauce with the cooked ground beef and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
05 - Combine hot drained spaghetti with cream cheese and minced garlic in a large bowl. Mix until the cream cheese is completely melted and pasta is evenly coated.
06 - Lightly oil a 23 x 33 cm baking dish. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce over the bottom. Arrange the coated spaghetti over the sauce. Top with the remaining meat sauce.
07 - Evenly sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden.
