Baked Buffalo Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

Savory buffalo chicken sliders with tangy coleslaw, melted butter, and a kick of seasoning.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12-count package Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
03 - 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
04 - 1 1/2 cups plain coleslaw
05 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing

→ Topping

06 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
07 - 4 tsp ranch dips seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick spray.
02 - Use a large serrated knife to cut the slab of sweet rolls in half horizontally to create a top slab and bottom slab. Do not separate the individual rolls.
03 - Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with the buffalo sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the bottom slab of the rolls.
04 - Mix the coleslaw with the ranch dressing. Spread this mixture evenly over the buffalo chicken layer.
05 - Place the top slab of rolls over the coleslaw layer.
06 - Combine the melted butter with the ranch dips seasoning in a small measuring cup.
07 - Slowly and evenly pour the butter mixture over the top of the rolls. Spread the mixture across the tops. Some of it may pool at the base of the rolls, which is fine.
08 - Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and allow them to rest at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
09 - Bake the covered rolls in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
10 - Uncover the rolls and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until done to your liking.
11 - Cut the baked rolls into individual sliders and serve warm.
