Set oven to 190°C and allow to fully preheat.

Slice bacon into thirds. Wrap each cocktail sausage with one portion of bacon, securing seam side down if needed.

Place all bacon-wrapped sausages in a single layer inside a large baking dish.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in 210 grams (1 cup) of brown sugar until dissolved and uniform.

Pour the melted butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the arranged wrapped sausages.

Evenly sprinkle the remaining 210 grams (1 cup) of brown sugar over the top.

Bake for 15–20 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 205°C and continue baking 5–8 minutes more, until bacon is crisp and caramelized.
