# Ingredients:

→ For the Shrimp

01 - 1 pound extra-jumbo shrimp (16-20 per pound), peeled and deveined with tails on
02 - 1 pound center-cut bacon (not thick cut)

→ Seasoning Mix

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ For Serving

09 - Toothpicks for securing
10 - Lemon wedges for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F with the rack in the middle. Cut your bacon lengthwise into thin strips - you'll need one for each shrimp. Lay these strips on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
02 - Pop the bacon in the oven for 6-8 minutes until it's starting to brown but still bendy. While that's happening, mix up your olive oil, honey, and all those lovely seasonings in a bowl, then toss your shrimp in this mixture.
03 - Move your partially cooked bacon to some paper towels to drain. Clean off that baking sheet, line it with parchment, and switch your oven to broil.
04 - Take each seasoned shrimp and wrap it in a bacon strip, starting from the thicker end. Secure with a toothpick and place it seam-side down on your baking sheet. Space them out nicely.
05 - Broil those wrapped shrimp for 4-6 minutes, giving the pan a spin halfway through. You want crispy bacon and perfectly cooked shrimp. Serve them up with some lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce!
