Bacon Mac Cheese Burger Wrap (Print Version)

Cheddar, bacon, beef, and macaroni rolled in tortillas for a hearty, cheesy bite perfect for lunch or dinner.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 120 g cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 230 g macaroni, cooked and drained
04 - 115 g cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Wrap

05 - 4 large flour tortillas
06 - Lettuce leaves, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until thoroughly browned. Remove from heat and drain excess fat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently fold together until ingredients are fully integrated.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the beef, bacon, macaroni, and cheese mixture onto the centre of each tortilla. Top with lettuce leaves, if using. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to secure the filling.
04 - Cut each wrap in half if desired and serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use freshly shredded cheddar for optimal melt. Wraps can be individually wrapped in foil and kept warm in a low oven before serving.
