12 - Sour cream

# Instructions:

02 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
03 - Arrange one tortilla on a flat surface. Layer with 0.5 cup scrambled eggs, 0.5 cup roasted potatoes, 0.25 cup grated cheddar, and desired portions of sausage and bacon. Fold in sides and roll tightly into a burrito.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook until each side is golden and crispy, or bake at 175°C for 10 minutes for a crisp exterior.
05 - Slice burritos as desired. Serve immediately with salsa and sour cream on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Warming tortillas prevents splitting during assembly and rolling.
