Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray or butter and add 8 eggs.

Stir and cook just until eggs are set but still a little wet, about 5 minutes.

Lay out 4 tortillas, then layer each with ¼ of the scrambled eggs, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, and 2 slices of bacon.

Wrap 3 sides in, then roll closed. Wrap each burrito tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze.

To reheat from frozen: Microwave each side for 1 minute.

To reheat from refrigeration: Microwave each side for 30 seconds.
