→ Main

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 small onion, sliced into rings
04 - 125 g all-purpose flour
05 - 100 g panko breadcrumbs
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 2.5 g garlic powder
09 - 2.5 g onion powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
13 - 240 ml ranch dressing, for serving
14 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 175°C.
02 - In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
03 - Fill each onion ring with a portion of the seasoned beef mixture, pressing lightly to compact.
04 - Arrange three bowls for breading: the first with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with panko breadcrumbs.
05 - Dip each stuffed onion ring in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
06 - Carefully lower coated onion rings into hot oil. Fry for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Transfer fried onion rings onto a plate lined with paper towels. Immediately top with crumbled bacon and additional cheddar cheese.
08 - Serve hot with ranch dressing alongside for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Press beef firmly inside onion rings to prevent filling from falling out during frying.
02 - For enhanced flavor and texture, use panko breadcrumbs.
