Bacon Cheeseburger Cheese Wraps (Print Version)

Low-carb cheese wraps packed with beef, bacon, and cheddar, finished golden and crisp for irresistible flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese Wraps

08 - 120 grams shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 120 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Topping

10 - 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

→ Optional Fillings

11 - Diced pickles
12 - Chopped tomatoes
13 - Shredded lettuce

→ Optional Sauce

14 - Creamy burger-style sauce or mayonnaise-based dressing

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until the beef is thoroughly browned. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
03 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Evenly sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella into 6 circles approximately 15 cm in diameter.
04 - Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and displaying light golden edges. Let cool for 30 to 60 seconds until pliable but not brittle.
05 - Spoon a portion of the cooked beef mixture onto the center of each cheese wrap. Add crumbled bacon and desired optional fillings. Fold carefully to enclose like a wrap or taco.
06 - Serve immediately while warm, or return to the oven briefly for extra crispness. Enjoy straight away for optimal texture.
