Avocado Tuna Salad Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cans (5 ounces each) tuna in water, drained
02 - 2 small ripe avocados, cubed
03 - 3/4 cup red onions, minced
04 - 1/2 cup celery, diced
05 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
06 - 1/4 cup lime juice
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1 teaspoon cumin

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix together using a fork to break up the tuna into smaller pieces and lightly mash the avocado as desired.
02 - Serve with your favorite bread, chips, or crackers, and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Hass avocados are creamier and more flavor-packed than Florida avocados—use Hass if possible.
02 - Add additional lime juice to the top of your salad to prevent the avocado from browning if storing.
