# Ingredients:

01 - Andouille sausage (3 links, 9 oz), sliced.
02 - Great Midwest Cranberry Cheddar cheese (4 oz).
03 - Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).
04 - Cranberry sauce (1/3 cup).
05 - Appetizer picks (24).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in skillet and cook sausage slices 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
02 - Transfer cooked sausage to paper towel-lined plate.
03 - Cut cranberry cheddar into small cubes.
04 - Skewer sausage and cheese, top with cranberry sauce.

01 - Can use regular cheddar if cranberry cheddar unavailable.
