Amish Harvest Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 onion, chopped.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1 cup carrots, sliced.
07 - 1 cup potatoes, diced.
08 - 1 cup corn kernels.
09 - 1 cup green beans, chopped.
10 - 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup.
11 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
12 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
13 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in skillet until browned, drain fat.
02 - Add onion and garlic to beef, cook until soft.
03 - Transfer beef to slow cooker, add vegetables, soup and seasonings.
04 - Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours until vegetables tender.
05 - Add cheese in last 30 minutes, let stand 10 minutes before serving.

02 - Keeps 3-4 days in fridge.
03 - Freezes up to 3 months.
