Combine almond flour, butter, brown sugar, egg, all-purpose flour, and almond extract in a bowl until smooth.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 24 squares, each measuring 2 inches by 2 inches.

Press each pastry square into the cavity of a mini muffin pan.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of almond filling into each pastry square.
